Shopping

We use trusted shipping companies for all deliveries.
All parcels are delivered using Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy.

Unfortunately we do not sell products internationally.

Once your product was has been manufactured delivery will take between 24 to 72 hours.

Payment

We currently use PayFast for all online payments.

Payfast supports eight payment methods: Visa and Mastercard credit cards, Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards, Masterpass, Mobicred, MoreTyme, SnapScan, SCode, and Instant EFT by Payfast.

You will be notified once your order is complete and dispatched.

Orders & Returns

Yes. Please call us on 082 522 7731 or email us at info@littlefingerprints.co.za to make a change to your shipping address as soon as possible. It is advised that you call within 48 hours of placing your order as we cannot make changes once the product has been packaged.

If you have not received your order confirmation – then it is likely your order has not gone through. Please call us on 082 522 7731 or email us at info@littlefingerprints.co.za and we will assist you. If you have a gmail/hotmail/yahoo account – check your spam as our order and shipping confirmations often end up there.

Please send an email to info@littlefingerprints.co.za providing all relevant details and we will investigate the matter further and assist where necessary.

Please send an email to info@littlefingerprints.co.za providing as soon as possible after your order is placed before we can commence the manufacture process.
